Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how zheat LLC (“zheat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and deletes personal information when you use MeetMila at meetmila.app.
1. We collect user data
MeetMila collects personal information you choose to submit, and limited technical data needed to run the service. Depending on how you use MeetMila, that can include:
- Name, email address, and optional phone or free-text notes
- Photos you upload (for example face or body photos for a consult preview)
- Procedure goals, sizing details, concerns, and chat messages with Mila
- Estimate ranges, illustrative AI previews, and related lead metadata
- Clinic staff account details (email, name, role) when a clinic uses admin tools
- Device and usage signals such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction events used for analytics and abuse prevention
2. How we use AI
MeetMila uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and goals, draft educational estimate context, and generate illustrative before/after previews. AI outputs are not medical advice and are not a diagnosis. Photos and related inputs are sent to AI providers only as needed to provide those features. We do not use patient photos to train MeetMila’s own models.
3. Third parties that process data
We use service providers to operate MeetMila. Depending on the feature, that may include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage
- OpenRouter, OpenAI, and/or Replicate — AI analysis and image generation
- Microsoft Clarity — product analytics on marketing and try flows
- Hosting and delivery infrastructure for meetmila.app
- The clinic whose MeetMila page or flow you used — so staff can follow up on your inquiry
Those providers process data under their own terms and data-processing arrangements for the services we use.
4. Photos and storage
Patient photos are stored in a private storage bucket and accessed with time-limited signed URLs rather than a public file CDN. Photos may be resized on your device before upload. Clinic staff see photos only for leads scoped to their clinic.
5. Sharing with clinics
When you submit an inquiry through a clinic’s MeetMila experience, we share your contact details, goals, photos, estimates, and previews with that clinic so they can respond. Clinics are responsible for their own clinical care and privacy practices after they receive a lead.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep lead and photo data while it is needed to provide the service, support clinic follow-up, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your MeetMila submissions (including uploaded photos and generated previews) by emailing contact@zheat.xyz with the subject “MeetMila deletion request” and the email address you used. We will delete or de-identify the data we control, except where we must retain a limited record (for example fraud prevention or legal compliance). If a clinic already copied your information into its own systems, ask that clinic directly as well.
7. Your choices
- Do not submit photos or contact details you do not want processed
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@zheat.xyz

8. Children
MeetMila is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use access controls, private photo storage, and provider security features appropriate to this service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
