Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 12, 2026. These Terms govern your use of MeetMila (meetmila.app), operated by zheat LLC (“zheat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using MeetMila, you agree to these Terms.
1. What MeetMila is
MeetMila is a consult preview product for aesthetic and plastic surgery clinics. Patients may share contact details, goals, and photos with an assistant named Mila; receive educational estimate ranges and illustrative before/after previews; and send a lead to a clinic. Clinics use MeetMila to review those leads and follow up.
MeetMila is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a licensed clinician. Previews are educational illustrations only. Final plans, pricing, and suitability for any procedure are determined by the clinic and its practitioners.
2. Who may use MeetMila
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetMila as a patient or clinic user. If you use MeetMila on behalf of a clinic or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and clinic access
Clinic staff accounts are for authorized personnel only. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@zheat.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Information you provide (email, photos, and more)
When you use MeetMila—especially patient intake or profile update flows—you may submit personal information such as name, email address, phone number, body measurements or procedure goals, and photos of yourself.
By submitting that information, you represent and warrant that:
- The information is accurate and relates to you (or you have clear permission from the person depicted to submit it).
- You own the photos or have all rights needed to upload and license them as described below.
- Photos show only you (or a person who consented), are not illegal, and do not depict anyone under 18.
- You will not upload nude or sexually explicit images, or content that violates another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
You grant zheat LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and create derivative works from your submitted content solely to operate MeetMila—including generating AI analysis and illustrative previews, delivering leads to the clinic you contacted, and providing support and security.
You also authorize us to share your submitted contact details, goals, photos, estimates, and previews with the clinic associated with the MeetMila page or flow you used, so that clinic can follow up with you.
5. AI processing and third-party providers
Photos and related inputs may be processed by automated systems and third-party AI providers (for example vision and image-generation APIs) solely to analyze content and generate educational previews. Processing occurs as needed to provide the service. Patient photos are not used by MeetMila to train our own models. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and data-processing arrangements for API use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MeetMila for unlawful purposes, harassment, fraud, or to harm others.
- Upload content you do not have rights to, or content depicting minors.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass security or access controls.
- Misrepresent yourself as a clinician, clinic, or another person.
- Use outputs as medical advice or as a guarantee of surgical results.
7. Intellectual property
MeetMila, including software, branding, design, and documentation, remains owned by zheat LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your photos to us; the license in Section 4 is limited to operating and improving delivery of the service as described.
8. Disclaimers
MeetMila is provided “as is” and “as available.” Estimates and previews are approximate, illustrative, and may differ from real clinical outcomes. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, zheat LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of MeetMila or reliance on any estimate or preview. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), if you paid no fees.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zheat LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of MeetMila, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law—including claims that photos or personal data you submitted were uploaded without required rights or consent.
11. Clinics and patient relationship
Clinics that use MeetMila remain responsible for their own clinical care, privacy practices, consent processes, and communications with patients. MeetMila is a technology intermediary for consult previews and lead delivery; we are not a party to any treatment agreement between a patient and a clinic.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using MeetMila at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licenses already exercised for processing and lead delivery, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using MeetMila.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
